It would appear the Federal Government has again muddied the waters with pronouncements about eating cholesterol-laden food.

Here is what we know:

1. Millions of people on this planet who are plant based will never have cardiovascular disease because none of what they eat will ever injure their endothelium.

2. Foods that destroy the endothelium are:

  • oils
  • Meat, fish, fowl
  • Dairy products
  • Excess sugar, molasses, honey, maple syrup
  • caffeine in coffee

3. People with advanced cardiovascular disease who totally transition to plant based nutrition can halt and reverse their disease.
